PORTABLE PHONE AND BATTERY THEREFOR

PURPOSE: A portable phone and a battery therefor are provided to reserve the inner space of a portable phone by installing the antenna of the portable phone in the inside of its battery and to improve the performance of the portable phone by increasing the gain of its frequency. CONSTITUTION: A battery of a portable phone is comprised of a battery cell(10), an antenna(20) and a terminal pack(30). The antenna(20) is electrically connected with a radio frequency processing part installed in the portable phone body and is located on the upper side of the battery cell(10). The terminal pack(30) accepts the battery cell(10) and the antenna(20) together. It is desirable that a dielectric substance(40) is provided between the antenna(20) and the battery cell(10). In addition, the antenna(20) can be located on the lateral side of the battery cell(10).
