PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a yellow soil board for bed and a product manufactured by the method are provided to decrease damage of products by improving durability of a yellow soil board for bed or building materials using yellow soil, and improve workability and productivity by simplifying the manufacturing process of the yellow soil board. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing a yellow soil board comprises the steps of material selection step of selecting materials such as yellow soil, quartz, pottery stone, and clay; material compounding step of compounding the materials in a screw type compounding machine by adding 15 wt.% or less of water and first removing air from the materials through an air vent installed on one side of the compounding machine at the same time; mixing step of homogenizing the yellow soil by injecting yellow soil block discharged from the compounding machine into a screw type mixer and second removing air from the yellow soil with a vacuum machine at the same time; yellow soil board forming step of discharging a yellow soil board to a certain size through an outlet of the mixer after the mixing step; yellow soil board pressing step of pressing with a high pressure press by putting on top and bottom surfaces of the yellow soil board; first drying step of drying the yellow soil board at a temperature of 30 deg.C for one or two days; and second drying step of drying the yellow soil board at a temperature of 60 to 80 deg.C for three days after the first drying step.
