PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display having a different inversion methods and a driving method thereof are provided to reduce a flickering by using inversion methods different every frame during an inversion driving of the liquid crystal display. CONSTITUTION: An LCD panel(60) is arranged in a form of a matrix. The LCD panel(60) includes a plurality of gate lines for transmitting a scan signal, a plurality of data lines for transmitting an image signal, switching elements connected to the gate and data lines, and a pixel electrode responding to operations of the switching elements. A gate driver(40) outputs a gate driving voltage to each gate line to controls on/off operations of switching elements. A data driver(50) outputs a gate voltage to a data line so that each pixel electrode of the LCD panel(60) are driven in frames in different driving methods. A timing controller(10) outputs a gate driver control signal for driving the gate driver(40) and a data driver control signal for driving the data driver(50).
