PURPOSE: A dissimilar plating steel sheet for outer panels of the automobile and a method for coating polymer compound are provided to obtain surface treated steel sheet for outer panels of the automobile having superior pitting corrosion resistance and weldability by coating conductive polymer compound on the zinc plating layer of dissimilar electro-plating steel sheet on both sides of which a zinc plating layer and a Zn-Fe alloy plating layer are plated respectively. CONSTITUTION: The dissimilar plating steel sheet for outer panels of the automobile is characterized in that conductive polymer is coated on a plating layer of the single metal in a dissimilar plating steel sheet for outer panels of the automobile on both of which a plating layer of single metal and a plating layer of alloy are plated respectively. The method for coating the polymer compound comprises the steps of preparing a mixture for coating by uniformly mixing a solvent selected from the group consisting of isopropyl alcohol, butanol, toluene, or xylene with about 1 to 5 vol.% of conductive polymer compound, coating the mixture for coating on surface of the plated steel sheet, and hot air drying the mixture coated plated steel sheet in a method for coating conductive polymer compound (4) on surface of the dissimilar plating steel sheet for outer panels of the automobile (1) on one side of which a zinc plating layer (2) is coated, and on other side of which a Zn-Fe alloy plating layer (3) is coated.
