PURPOSE: Provided are a device for sectioning the abdomen of a squid precisely and a device for cutting the legs of the squid. Thereby the workability of processing the squid is improved and its cost is reduced. CONSTITUTION: The squid processor comprises a supporting plate, which is separately installed into two part and transfers a squid; a squid array part, which arrays the squid in bilateral symmetry; a cutter for sectioning the abdomen of the squid; a spreading guide, which partially spreads out the squid flat; intestine inductor, which spreads out the whole squid and collects the intestine into a tunnel; a cutter which cuts the legs of the squid; and an outlet, which discharges the cut legs. |
