<p>PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for controlling drying of stainless sludge are provided to increase productivity by properly controlling an injection amount of a material treated, that is, cake sludge according to temperature controlling of a sludge drying furnace, improve quality by manufacturing moisture contained sludge into fine dried sludge, and improve life cycle of facility and prevent fire from occurring by preventing deterioration of a heating furnace body and a precipitator bag due to rapid temperature increase. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for controlling drying of stainless sludge comprises an inlet temperature detecting sensor (17) detecting an inlet temperature of the duct (20); an outlet temperature detecting sensor (21) detecting an outlet temperature of the duct (20); a controller (200) controlling a combustion valve, gas shutoff and cake preparation based on detecting signals and set values of the inlet and outlet temperature detecting sensors (17,21); a combustion valve driving part (11) driving the combustion valve according to controlling of the controller (200); a gas shutoff valve (14) shutting off gas flow according to controlling of the controller (200); and a cake preparation machine (6) preparing the cake according to controlling of the controller (200) in an apparatus for controlling drying of stainless sludge comprising a cake preparation machine (6), a heating furnace (28), a drum driving part (18), a shaft driving part (19), a duct (20), a cyclone (22) and precipitators (2,7,23).</p> |
