PURPOSE: A device for testing dispersion property of optical fiber is provided to transfer optical signal in the same condition as a real optical cable without connecting a plurality of optical cable rolls and to test dispersion properties of each channel signal using optical multiplex and demultiplex. CONSTITUTION: A device for testing dispersion property of optical fiber includes a plurality of optical dispersion part for dispersing optical signal input into each channel to be in the same condition as a real state, an optical multiplex multiplexing optical signal input from the optical dispersion parts and outputting single signal, and an optical demultiplex dividing the optical signal into each channel. The optical dispersion part has an optical attenuator(22) making the intensity of optical signal weak, an FBG(Fiber Bragg Grating)(24) rapidly scattering and dispersing the input optical signal, and a circulator(26) allowing the optical signal to progress in one direction.
