COLOR CONDUCTIVE RUBBER COMPOSITION AND FLOOR MATERIAL PRODUCED FROM THE SAME

PURPOSE: A color conductive rubber composition is provided to present various colors and have good conductivity especially required to disperse fine static charges by eliminating addition of carbon black to the composition. CONSTITUTION: A color conductive rubber composition contains NBR singly or blended manner as a base resin to embody better electrical capability and 1-10 weight parts of perchlorate as a conductive filler, 10-40 weight parts of polar organic solvent and polyethylene glycol derivative to disperse and electrolyze the perchlorate in rubber matrix and, as inorganic filler to increase reinforcing capacity, 20-150 weight parts of silicon aluminate reinforcing agent containing about 5% of Na2O and about 5% of crystalline water, 5-40 weight parts of hard clay and 0.1-7 weight parts of silane coupling agent relative to the reinforcing agent. The color conductive rubber composition is useful in preparation of floor material.
