PURPOSE: A seat cover with multiple hard segment pieces installed is easily connected with pad type cushion and easy to produce. CONSTITUTION: A base(9) made of synthetic resins has a brim(9a) possible to do needlework formed around the outer side thereof and multiple horizontal ribs and vertical ribs crossing each other forming a check form net inside the brim(9a) with inserting protrusions protrusively formed at their intersection. Multiple segment pieces(2) with inserting grooves(11) on the back thereof to be engaged with the inserting protrusion of the base(9) are installed on the top of the base(9). A pad(13) made of textiles or rush is connected with the brim(9a) by needlework.
