PURPOSE: A microphone fixing device is provided to facilitate a coupling of a microphone, a microphone holder and a housing. CONSTITUTION: A microphone fixing device includes a holder(60) for fixing a microphone(50) therein and a housing for coupling and holding the holder. The holder includes a break device contacted with the outer plane of the microphone, wherein the break device intercepts an external sound between the microphone and the holder. The break device is extruded from the inner plane of the holder to the outer plane of the microphone and includes a break boss(61) of which the end is linear. At least holding circle(63) is formed at the outer plane of the holder and the holding circle is contacted with the inner plane of the housing.
