PURPOSE: An inner power voltage generator is provided which stably maintains kick-up point without regard to variations in temperature and process, to perform a burn-in process with stability. CONSTITUTION: An inner power voltage generator includes a level shifter(10) for shifting the first reference level into a predetermined level to generate the second reference voltage, a burn-in means(50), and a driver(20). The burn-in means has a plurality of bipolar transistor diodes which are serially connected between an external power supply and the first node, and a plurality of PMOS transistors which are serially connected between the first node and the second reference voltage node and controlled by the inner power voltage. The driver compares the second reference voltage provided by the burn-in means with the inner power voltage to drive the inner power supply with the external power supply.
