PURPOSE: A non-destruction type examination device for a dual tube is provided to examine a dual tube by using a remote eddy current examination equipment to be inserted into the tube instead of braking the tube, thereby resolving the danger of bombing. CONSTITUTION: A non-destruction type examination device for a dual tube includes a magnetization coil part(1) and a detection coil part(2) to be driven by AC power of low frequency for detecting magnetic fields in a tube to be tested in a remote area, a pre-amplifier(14) positioned in the vicinity of the detection coil part for amplifying detection signals without interference with environmental power and other noise, a wave form generator(11) for generating sine waves for applying sufficient power to the magnetization coil part, a positive power supply/amplifier(12) for amplifying the wave forms with the power required in association with the wave generator, a phase discrimination amplifying part(15) for measuring the size of the detection signals output from the wave form generator and the pre-amplifier, a main computer(16) incorporated with software for storing and processing the signals output from the phase discrimination amplifying part to carry out quantitative evaluation for defects of the tube, and a moving part for conveying a remote eddy current examination element into the tube.
