PURPOSE: A hot water boiler generates hot water rapidly, improves heat efficiency and reduces size thereof. CONSTITUTION: A first heating water tank(3) of tabular form is formed around a boiler body(1) with a flue tube(2) formed in the front lower part thereof. A heat exchanger room(4) having a heat exchanger(5) inside and communicating with the first heating water tank(3) is formed in the upper part of the flue tube(2). In the rear of the flue tube(2) and the heat exchanger room(4), an exhaust passage(7) and a tabular radiant heating water tank(6) communicating with the first heating water tank(3) are perpendicularly installed. A flame room(8) and a flue gas room(9) are formed ahead and behind of the exhaust passage(7) and the radiant heating water tank(6). Multiple water pipes(13) communicating with the first heating water tank(3) and parallel with the radiant heating water tank(6) are installed in the flame room(8) and the flue gas room(9). As the heat transfer area is expanded, heat efficiency is improved.
