摘要 PURPOSE: A steel phase transformation ratio measuring method is provided to simultaneously measure a phase transformation ratio and a carbon concentration in austenite in consideration of a length change of steel according to the carbon concentration in the austenite in the process of the phase transformation, thereby precisely quantifying the steel transformation in hot rolling for getting a predetermined coiling temperature and improving material estimation of such the hot rolled product. CONSTITUTION: A steel phase transformation ratio measuring method includes the steps of measuring a change of length of steel by using a dilatometer in the processing of cooling, computing a carbon concentration in austenite in the process of phase transformation on the basis of the measured length change value of the steel, correcting a reference length change amount of the austenite corresponding to the computed carbon concentration in the austenite, and computing a phase transformation ratio from the corrected reference length change amount of the austenite and the length change amount in the transformation, wherein the second to fourth steps are carried out by non-linear optimization algorithms, and the carbon concentration in the austenite and the transformation ratio are measured simultaneously.
