PURPOSE: Undried ginseng powder for instant raw ginseng juice is provided to drink raw ginseng juice using undried ginseng powder easily without a mixer. CONSTITUTION: Undried ginseng is frozen at the temperature between -10deg.C and -20deg.C and dried to have less than 5% of moisture content at 30-40deg.C under vacuum pressure 70-76cmHg. The dried ginseng is grounded to be powder having. Instant raw ginseng juice contains lyophilized undried ginseng powder 5-15%, glucose 80-90%, nonfat dried milk 1-5% and peanut powder 2-5%. The undried ginseng powder is diluted with 10 times of water to drink. |
