PURPOSE: Dry soybean powder is provided for enabling to manufacture bean curd easily at home and to produce dry soybean powder having a variety of tastes by adding mugwort, sesame and peanut to the powder. CONSTITUTION: Raw soybeans(10) for manufacturing bean curd is supplied to a mash conveyor by using hot-air with 80-100deg.C generated from a hot-air drying sterilizer(20). A high-speed rotary peeler(30) removes the outer skin and germ of the raw soybeans(10) and divides the beans into several parts. The divided soybeans(10) are transported by an air-jet mill(40) equipped a liquid nitrogen injector for freezing and crushing. The frozen and crushed soybean powder is transported to outside of the air-jet mill(40) and collected by a fine powder collector(50). The collected powder is vacuum-packed by a packaging machine(60) for the distribution. Bean curd is easily manufacture by the distributed dry soybean powder at home. |
