PURPOSE: A method for servicing screen logos in a mobile communication system is provided to use a character transmission system or a wireless data system, when a subscriber requests a mobile phone screen transmission, so as to transmit multimedia screen logos with characters and images, or multimedia screen logos coupled with images and characters to a mobile phone. CONSTITUTION: The first terminal(700) and the second terminal(800) are connected within coverage of a base station(200). A character transmission system(320) of an SMS(Short Message Service) center(300) transmits screen logo data received from a character information system(340) or a screen logo service system(400) to a mobile phone. The screen logo service system(400) selects or directly inputs a screen logo according to a user signal, and transmits screen logo data to a mobile phone subscriber. The character information system(340) processes the screen logo, and transmits the processed screen logo to the character transmission system(320). An Internet web server(500) transmits the screen logo data to a mobile phone and a web server. A wireless data system(600) transmits the screen logo data to the mobile phones(700,800). The mobile phones(700,800) store the screen logo data in memories, and perform the screen logo. Screen logo request commands of the mobile phones(700,800) are transmitted to the screen logo service system(400). |
