PURPOSE: A food garbage truck is provided to achieve improved stiffness and capacity of the food garbage collecting tank, while allowing garbage collecting to be easily performed. CONSTITUTION: A food garbage truck comprises a food garbage collecting tank(2) mounted on a truck(1), and which has a garbage inlet port(4) formed at the rear top surface of the tank and a garbage outlet port(5) formed at the rear lower portion of the tank; a lift(3) arranged in rear of the food garbage collecting tank, and which lifts a garbage basket and injects food garbage into the food garbage collecting tank; an upper screw for transferring the food garbage injected through the garbage inlet port to the front portion of the food garbage collecting tank so as to allow the food garbage to be uniformly loaded, wherein the upper screw is mounted to the shaft arranged within the upper portion of the food garbage collecting tank; and a lower screw for discharging food garbage through the garbage outlet port by transferring food garbage to the rear portion of the food garbage collecting tank, wherein the lower screw is mounted to two shafts arranged within the lower portion of the food garbage collecting tank.
