PURPOSE: Provided is a bran crusher which effectively crushes fibrous materials and polymers, minimizes load of driving force and noise, and prevents crushed particles from sticking to its rotating parts. CONSTITUTION: A bran crusher comprises: i) a case (30) having a cylinder space where materials are inserted, moved, and discharged; ii) a power conveyer (40) sending a driving force of a motor to a rotation axis (43) installed on the center of the case (30); iii) a rotating knife (50) fixed on the center of the rotation axis (43) and making turbulence; iv) a ring gear (60) maintaining some intervals with the rotating knife (50) and forming areas for crushing by step; and v) a fan (70), fixed on the rotation axis (43), making a wind in order for crushed particles to be discharged.
