PURPOSE: An agency system and method for restoring environment using the internet are provided to intermediate a technique developer and a land possessor by receiving information with respect to pollutant soil and a pollutant soil restoring technique through the internet. CONSTITUTION: A technique developer terminal(10) is connected to a homepage of an environment clinic center provided by an intermediate server(40) by driving a Web browser on the internet(30). The terminal(10) receives the result of searching with respect to information of a technique developer, a technique name, contents of the technique, the value of a lease and land position etc. A land possessor terminal(20) is connected to the homepage of the environment clinic center and receives the result of searching with respect to information of a land possessor, a rental value and rental period etc. The intermediate server(40) stores information inputted from the technique developer terminal(10) and the land possessor terminal(20) in a database(50). The intermediate server(40) searches information adapted to the interactive conditions through the database(50) in accordance with the inputted contents. The intermediate server(40) offers land information to the technique developer and offers information with respect to restore pollutant soil to the land possessor.
