PURPOSE: An adapter and its joining structure reduces defective proportion on the joined portion and is possible to weld by an automatic welding machine to improve working efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An adapter is of cylindrical form and comprises a gas passage pipe(10) and a joining head(20). The gas passage pipe(10) has a passage part which gas passes inside. The joining head(20) has a butt joining end part(21) communicating with one end of the gas passage pipe(10) and having extended diameter corresponding to a bellows pipe(2). A joining rim(22) is integrally extended and formed around the circumference of the butt joining end part(21) and has height and thickness appropriate for an end part(2a) of the bellows pipe(2) to be fixed by hanging lightly.
