<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for operating a carbonization device, by which electric equipment parts disposed around a heating chamber or a combustion chamber are not exposed to abnormally high temperatures to reduce the failure of the device. SOLUTION: This method for operating a carbonization device comprises operating in a carbonization process as follows: the first burner 11: intermittent operation, its fan 11a: continuous operation, a cooling fan 14: stop, the second burner 12 and its fan 12a: continuous operations, and the secondary air fan 13: stop, in the first half of a cooling process as follows; the first burner 11: stop, the cooling fan 14: continuous operation, the fan 11a for the first burner 11: successive continuous operation, the secondary air fan 13: continuous operation, the second burner 12 and its fan 12a: successive continuous operations, in the latter half of the cooling process as follows; the second burner 12: stop, the fan 11a for the first burner 11, the cooling fan 14, the fan 12a for the second burner 12 and the secondary air fan 13: successive continuous operations for prescribed times, respectively, and then stopping all of the operations.</p> |
