PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a flexible polyurethane foam for automotive cushions having a high strength and a high impact resilience. SOLUTION: This method for producing a flexible polyurethane foam is characterized as reacting the following polyisocyanate composition with a polyol composition in the presence of a foam stabilizer, a catalyst and a foaming agent. (a) a diphenylmethane diisocyanate having >=15 mass % total content of the 2,2'-isomer and the 2,4'-isomer, (b) a tri- or a polyfunctional diphenylmethane diisocyanate-based condensate, (c) tolylene diisocyanate, (d) a polyoxyalkylene polyol having 5-15 mass % content of oxyethylene groups and (e) a polyoxyalkylene polyol having 60-90 mass % content of the oxyethylene groups, with the proviso that the mass ratio of the (a) to (b) is (a)/(b)= (50/50) to (90/10). |
