PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet recording sheet having high glossiness, good printing quality and ink dryability and improved adhesive properties of the surface of a polyolefin resin coating sheet with an ink receiving layer. SOLUTION: In the ink jet recording sheet comprising an ink receiving layer on at least one surface of a sheet-like support, the support is a polyolefin resin coating sheet providing a polyolefin resin composition layer on at least one surface of a paper base by melt extruding, the receiving layer is provided at the composition layer side, the surface of the composition layer has a fine ruggedness, and its centerline mean roughness is SRa=0.1 to 10 μm of a range (JIS B 0601). |
