Diffuser has sealed reservoir (R) containing product. When flushing water tank (RCH) is filled, reservoir is connected to water by micro hole (O). Reservoir has valve (S) for rapid emptying of volume (V), which opens when water level is lowered in tank (RCH) and rapidly rises when level rises and reaches valve. Height adjuster (MFR) regulates volume (V) as function of maximum water level reached in tank (RCH). The diffusing system has a tank (A) immersed in the flushing water tank (RCH), which communicates with it via a valve (S) and a micro hole (O). The water slowly passes through the hole (O) into the tank, then into buffer tank (B) housing a perforated tank (C), containing the product to be discharged. The water in the tanks is saturated with the product, which stop dissolution at the exact dose required by means of the regulating tank (B). Independent claim are also included for (a) the method for using the diffuser, (b) the toilet using the diffuser, (c) the cartridges of active product, and (d) the water treatment kit for toilet flush.
