<p>The invention concerns a device for mounting, adjusting, locking and balancing blades of cutters, used in various food industries, for grinding, mincing and mixing products, so as to enable a simple equilibrium avoiding vibrations. The invention consists in a blade (1) comprising a rectangular notch (1a) to be maintained in position with wedges (5) on a driving square (3) transmitting the rotation of the machine shaft and further comprising cells (1b) for receiving counterweights (6) for balancing on an adjusting bench. Flanged washers (2) co-operating with the driving square (3) enable to fix said parts by means of through screws (3c) and simultaneously clamp the adjusting wedges (5) and the counterweights (6).</p> |
