摘要 A Mg alloy precision pressure molding method and a molding device therefor and a Mg alloy molding produced thereby which can eliminate such conventional technique-based defects in Mg alloy die casting that compact thin-walled parts free from surface folds and cavities are difficult to cast and are cast with a very high fraction defective. In the case of thick-walled parts, moldings with reduced surface folds and cavities, increased strength and reduced surface roughness can be provided by compression. A method of producing a Mg alloy molding, wherein a primary mold clamping is performed, using the mold clamping force of a molding machine, at a low pressure up to a status where a thickness is set about 0.1% to 20% larger than a product thickness, Mg alloy molten metal is poured into a cavity, and then a secondary mold clamping is performed one or a plurality of times at a high pressure to compress or forge the parts of a product.
