PURPOSE: A barber and beauty shop indicating light is provided to easily perform the replacement operation of a lighting fluorescent light by taking out a color rotational cylinder in the opening state of a transparent cover body when the lighting fluorescent light has a short circuit as smoothly rotational operating the color rotational cylinder, and vertically or horizontally install the barber and beauty shop indicating light itself. CONSTITUTION: The barber and beauty shop indicating light comprises a connecting hollow pipe body (52) inside which a hollow part guiding an electric wire into a color rotational cylinder (3) is formed, wherein the connecting hollow pipe body (52) is penetrated and extended to the inside of the color rotational cylinder (3) as movably being supported to a fixed element of one side of fixed elements (2a,2b) of both sides which are fixed and adhered to the front of both sides of an adhering plate body (1); a hollow supporting pipe body (5) on the end part of which a bent connecting part (51) connected with the connecting hollow pipe body (52) is formed, and to the other end part of which an electric outlet is adhered; an interlocking rotational plate body (6) rotationally installed at the connecting hollow pipe body (52) for allowing inclination as supporting the one side of the color rotational cylinder (3); and a driving rotational plate body (7) detachably installed at an output axis of a motor (14) fixedly installed at a fixed element of the other side out of the fixed elements (2a,2b) of both sides of the adhering plate body (1) and supported to the other side of the color rotational cylinder (3) for rotationally operating the color rotational cylinder (3).
