PURPOSE: A driving circuit of a fluorescent tube is provided to reset duty control changing according to size of the fluorescent tube by a microcontroller or to variably control an integrated circuit without the microcontroller. CONSTITUTION: A power supply circuit part(10) provides predetermined voltage set in each driving part as ring converter type. A timer(11) generates time pulse having predetermined period according to an external resistance value by receiving driving voltage outputting from the power supply circuit part(10). A multi-vibrator(12) varies the time pulse of period generating from the timer(11) and generates predetermined square pulse which varies and sets period of duty. A driver(13) originally transmits period square pulse of the duty generating from the multi-vibrator(12). A fluorescent tube(14) displays character, number, and symbol according to data inputting from external by the period square pulse of the duty transmitted from the driver(13).
