PURPOSE: A panel for a retaining wall is provided to improve the stiffness of a retaining wall, to install easily, to add earth pressure to a panel uniformly by the even inflow of earthy materials and rocks to the rear on installation, and to dismantle easily and rapidly by the sliding contact of a board and the earthy materials and rocks on dismantlement. CONSTITUTION: A panel (10) comprises many reinforcing grooves (11), continued horizontally of a board, formed to be foldable and many reinforcing wales (12) whose upper and lower ends are bound to the entire surface of the board to keep a state of the foldable reinforcing grooves (11), wherein the both ends of the board are folded in L shape and made of synthetic resins or fiberglass.
