PURPOSE: An internet customer real name assurance system and method is provided to transmit a bank account number and a password, input by the internet customer, to an ARS of the KFTC(Korea Financial Telecommunication and Clearings Institute), and assure the customer authentication according to the response result. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a web server allowing an internet customer to input a name, a bank account number and a password with a personal data(S200), the web server discriminating the account of the self bank from the account of other bank based on the account number(S202), the web server requesting an approval on the customer profile to the server of the self bank, and receiving the approval message or an error message from the server of the self bank in the case that the input bank account is of the self bank(S203,S211,S212), the web server requesting an approval on other bank transfer to the server of the self bank, the server of the self bank accessing the server of the corresponding bank, and requesting the approval on the data input by the customer in the case that the input bank account is of the other bank(S205,S206), the web server outputting an error message if the input data is not approved(S213) and referring a balance to the ARS of the KFTC if the input data is approved(S209).
