An intermediate amplification circuit (22) is connected to an input buffer. The output of the intermediate amplification circuit is connected to input of amplifier circuit (21). The amplifier circuit is operated after elapse of preset time from reception of input signal from the buffer. An Independent claim is also included for a buffer circuit operating method.
