<p>An intake manifold and collector are integrally molded of synthetic resin to form the body of a suction module. A synthetic resin holder for holding at least one of a harness and the piping members (hot water pipe and canister purge pipe) is attached to the upper portion of the suction module body, and the harness and/or the piping members are incorporated as suction module elements. Further, an engine control unit, an injector, a throttle body and the like are incorporated into the module body, accelerating the modularization of the suction system of an internal combustion engine, increasing the number of module elements, thus realizing simpler vehicle assembling work, improved transportability, increased packaging density, size and weight reduction, improved receivability, and reduced harness resistance.</p> |
