IMMUNE CHROMATOGRAPHIC TEST PIECE AND CHROMATOGRAPHIC ANALYSIS METHOD

An immune chromatographic test piece which enables accurate qualitative or quantitative analysis of a sample containing color components (for example, blood) without resort to any pretreatment. An immune chromatographic test pieces (10) consists of a cell component disrupting substance-carrying part (7) which carries a substance disrupting cell components; a label-carrying part (3) which carries a labeling reagent; and a specific protein-immobilized part (5) on which a specific protein is immobilized in a domain of a reaction layer (4). By using this immune chromatographic test piece (10), the degree of coloration in the above-described reaction layer (4) is measured at a wavelength of 580 nm or longer, thereby effecting qualitative or quantitative analysis.
