Laminate construction comprises a film of thermoplastic resin (3) combined with a layer of a thermoplastic resin reinforced with 50-90 wt.% of natural plant cellulose fibers. Independent claims are made for: (a) a thermoplastic resin layer used in the laminate comprising a thermoplastic resin and natural cellulose fibers; (b) a fiber fleece laminate comprising a thermoplastic resin layer and a composite fiber fleece layer based on thermoplastic resin fibers and natural cellulose fibers; (c) a fiber fleece composite comprising thermoplastic resin fibers and natural cellulose fibers; (d) uses of the laminate, thermoplastic resin film, fiber fleece laminate and fiber fleece composite in the production of internal parts for vehicles; (e) a process for producing the thermoplastic resin film in which the layers of a) are pressed between heated rolls; (f) a process for producing a laminate in which the fiber-containing thermoplastic resin layer in a) is heated and pressed between heated rolls with a preheated thermoplastic resin film; (g) a process for producing a fiber fleece laminate in which a fiber fleece composite layer (1a) according to (c) is preheated (2) and pressed between heated rolls (5a,5b) onto one or both sides of a thermoplastic film (3).
