A behind the ear hearing aid is coupled by a sound transmission tube (28) that is set into a plastic insert (34). The insert is of flexible plastic and deforms sufficiently to fit against the inner contours of the ear. The end of the insert expands to direct the end of the sound tube into the ear. |
