A dispenser (4) for mixing a liquid product with a water stream is described. The dispenser has two inlets and one outlet (7), a first passage extending from a first inlet to the outlet (7) and forming a flow path for the water stream through the dispenser (4), and a second passage extending from a second inlet to the first passage. The second passage is connectable to a bottle (1) containing a liquid product such as a vehicle washing liquid, and has a valve such that when the valve is open, suction created by the passage of the water stream through the first passage causes the washing liquid to be drawn into the dispenser (4) via the second passage to be mixed with the water stream. A handle (5) is provided on the dispenser so that a user is able to control the flow of fluid out of the dispenser (4) easily.
