<p>An information processor has a keyboard arrangement section, on which a keyboard portion is disposed. The body of a keyboard unit has a flat pointing device, which covers the area where a space key of the keyboard arrangement section is provided in such a way that the area used for pointing is large. The space key has only its keystem which is covered with the pointing device, so that the keystem can be pressed down. The space key is operated by pressing the pointing device. A locking mechanism is provided which locks the space key to prevent the space key from being operated when the pointing device is depressed.</p> |
