The network includes at least one base station (1, 2, 3) and several associated terminals (4-14) for exchanging profit- and control data. A reservation message is send to an associated base station dependent on a first access probability for an assignment of a transmission capacity for at least one data packet. A forwarding of at least one received reservation message by the base station is dependent on at least one further access probability. An Independent claim is provided for a corresponding base station and a terminal used in the network.
