<p>The present invention relates to methods for isolating DNA encoding immunoglobulin V-regions, methods for determining the idiotype of B cell lymphomas, methods for the preparation of idiotypic Fab fragments, Fab fragments produced by such methods and vaccines containing such Fabs.
