The invention relates to a method for producing an adhesive closing component (23) having a plurality of interlocking means (27) that are designed with a carrier (11) and are configured on one of the two sides thereof. An adhesive means (25) is applied to the opposite side. A silicone-containing separation layer is at least partially applied on the side of the carrier (11), whereby said side is provided with the interlocking means (27). The interlocking means (27) are formed from stems (17) that are provided with enlargements (19) on the end side. The silicone-containing separation layer (29) is applied in the cavities of the enlargements (19) in a reinforcing manner, whereby said enlargements form individual interlocking heads. The stems (17) are essentially kept free from the silicone-containing separation layer (29). An adhesive closing component with adhesive means is thus improved in such a way that said component can be produced cost-effectively and efficiently, whereby handling is simplified and pulling-off characteristics are improved.
