Method of manufacturing a composite magnetizer wherein flat soft magnetic powder from which strain has been removed and magnetic coating of slurry regime consisting of a binder dissolved in a solvent are formed in a sheet by die-coating, gravure coating, or reverse coating. The binder includes a vinyl chloride resin with glass-transition temperature of not lower than 50 DEG C.
