DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING DATA BETWEEN BUSES

PURPOSE: A device for controlling data between buses is provided to transmit data adapted to a characteristic of a data bus which received data and prevent unnecessary data from being transmitted through a byte sampling by performing a byte exchanging or a byte sampling of data being transmitted when the data are transmitted. CONSTITUTION: The first bus memory(100) stores data loaded in a bus and outputs stored data. The first bus(101) transmits/receives data to the first bus memory(100) and transmits data. The first bus interface(102) connects the first bus(101) to the next terminal and receives data from the first bus(101) and transmits the data to the next terminal, or receives aligned data from the next data and transmits the data to the first bus(101). The second bus memory(103) stores data loaded in a bus or outputs the stored data. The second bus(104) transmits/receives data to the second bus memory(103) and transmits data. The second bus interface(105) connects the second bus(104) to the next terminal and receives data from the second bus(104) and transmits the data to the next terminal, or receives aligned data from the next data and transmits the data to the second bus(104). A byte selection unit(106) rearranges data being inputted in the second bus interface(105) by a byte swapping or a byte sampling in accordance with a decision of an input/output path and outputs the data to the first bus interface(102), or rearranges data being inputted from the first bus interface(102) by a byte swapping or a byte sampling and outputs the data to the second bus interface(105). A byte selection control unit(107) outputs a control signal using byte selection data of a pre-stored table for making the byte selection unit(106) rearrange and output data outputted from the first bus interface(102) or the second bus interface(105) by a byte swapping or a byte sampling.
