A self-adhesive, elastic web, esp. a surgical plaster, has numerous performations, which are oval in shape and arranged in a taggered relationship so as to give a net-like appearance. The web material between the perforations is completely coated with adhesive. The web material is thermoplastic foil, specif. a drawn polyethylene foil. The entire "free" surface (i.e. that surface of the web material available for sticking to a user's body) is coated with adhesive without adverse effect on the air-permeability of the plaster. |
