The method is new. The method comprises bringing water to boiling point, adding starch, maintaining boiling for prescribed time, subjecting obtained mixture immediately after finished boiling time to grinding under centrifuging regime until homogeneous, filtering obtained mixture through extra-fine filter and final cooling until stable temperature is achieved, in refrigerator.
