Production of human plaquettes from culture cells consists of derivation of specific cell lines, for separation of plaquettes related to blood plaquettes

The production of human plaquettes from culture cells comprises derivation of cell lines K562 and KU812 from myeloid leukemias. Treatment with staurosporin at 50-100 nM concentrations for 3-6 days enables the cells to grow in suspension, and the plaquettes can be separated from them in the standard manner.
