An electrical pulse cosmetic device, comprising a beautifying head for pressing close to the part of human body which is needed to be beautified to emitting electromagnetic wave to it; an electrical pulse generating means for generating pulse strings having predetermined amplitude and two different frequencies; a wave shape converting means for converting the pulse strings into a series of complex pulse strings and outputting the complex pulse strings to the beautifiying head. The electrical pulse device according to the invention has the advantage of being compact and light. Furthermore, it can also improve the micro-circulation of skin tissue so as to obtain a good cosmetic effect. |
