PURPOSE: Provided is a fishing seat base equipped with a portable chair of which height and length can be freely adjusted to be suitable for the location where the foundation is disposed and which can have a sunshade. CONSTITUTION: The fishing seat base includes two submerged panels(2,2') which can be folded by a hinge at the center and has holes(18) for fixing the base in its front. The submerged panels have holes(3,3') for the front right and left legs(5a,5a') for adjusting the height of the base by bolts(4,4') and holes(9,9') for the rear right and left legs(8a,8a') for adjusting upper and lower lengths of the base by bolts(10,10'). Also, the submerged panels have holes(11,11') for fixing chair legs(13,13') by support brackets at the rear parts of the base. The chair is fixed by inserting the legs(13,13') into the holes(11,11'), The legs(13,13') and link rods(17a,17b,17c,17d) can be folded by pins at both sides(16a,16b,16c,16d). The height of the chair back(22) can be adjusted by a lever(19).
