The subject of invention is a snap fastener comprising a male (20) and a female (10) part into which a rod-shape spring (40) is inserted and held in position by a joint. Its two mainly parallel length sections (41) may be moved apart under the action of the external force and joined again under the effect of their own elasticity. A male-female part (30) equipped with its own rod-shape spring (50) is inserted between the parts (20) and (10). The male-female part (30) comprises a central dome (31) on a cylindrical support, a periphery ring (33), and a lying toroidal wall section (34), which is binding the parts together. The free edge of the periphery ring (33) is twisted towards inside, while the toroidal wall section (34) is divided into a central flat part perpendicular to the snap fastener axis, and a periphery flat part in the shape of a plate. The wall of the cylindrical dome (31) support is cut at two diametrically opposite sides along the chord lines in such a way that two parallel sectors (35) are created within the plane at the right angle to the snap fastener axis, the light opening of which is matching the rod spring (50) thickness in the direction of the snap fastener axis. Within the transition of the cylindrical support to the dome (31), the perimeter of the cylindrical support is reduced at a certain axial length creating a neck (36), which is interacting with the spring (40).
|
