The method and the means can be applied in inpatient and outpatient practice in human and veterinary medicine. They are highly efficient. The wound is mechanically cleaned by a cleaning agent of the clinoptilolite mineral or clinoptilolite-containing agent with biological additive added to it. After cleaning the wound surface until bleeding starts, the wound is treated by ample spraying with clinoptilolite until bleeding stops and a rest is formed, and after 45-60 min the top clinoptilolite layer is cleaned, and a hard layer of clinoptilolite and coagulated blood remains on top of the wound, which should be protected from wetting for 2 h to 10 days, and during that time, if the would starts bleeding again, this procedure should be repeated. The powder wound cleaning form contains the clinoptilolite mineral which is heat-treated and sterilized at 150-250 degrees C, with particles sizes of ( 0.1 mm. To the clinopilolite a natural biological additive is added which can contain, in %, from 1 to 10 propolis; from 0.1 to 1 attar of roses, from 1 to 1o lyophilisate of centanry blossom, and/or chamomile blossom, or lavender blossom, and/or white milfoil, and/or marigold blossom. Optionally the clinoptilolite in the form can be in the form of a rod, or spatula, or an awl. This form can be wetted in advance with alcohol solution from 0.5 to 30% of one of the biological additives, after which is should be dried. 7 claims
